- 1 small spoonful of hot paprika.
Elaboration:
The preparation is very quick and simple.
We beat the chickpeas, the garlic clove, the cumin and the lemon juice with the blender.
We serve in a bowl and add the tablespoon of Hojiblanca Deortegas and the spicy paprika.
