If you have tried to place one or more orders and you see an error, please make sure you have your card activated for online purchases. If that is not the reason or the error persists, please call us and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
If you see a recurring error on the website or notice that something is not working as it should, please call us, there may be an issue on the website and we will have to review it.
Sometimes we offer specific discounts and promotions, sometimes for everyone and other times exclusive to our best customers. If you have a coupon, you can use it just before completing your order, during the purchasing process.
Normally, the use of a coupon will not be applicable to other discounts and/or promotions.

On our website, browsing is comfortable and simple, as we try to make the purchasing experience as satisfactory as possible from the first moment. Browse the categories, choose the products you are looking for and add them to the cart.

Shipping and deliveries
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. This calculation takes into account the weight of the products added to the cart and the delivery address.
All shipments to the Iberian Peninsula are free for orders of €60 or more .
In the peninsula, we manage delivery times of 24/48 working hours with various professional transport agencies. For shipments to other areas, please contact us by writing to info@deortegas.com .

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it as long as you meet the appropriate conditions. You will have to repackage your order as similar as possible to how you received it so that the courier company can pick it up in perfect condition. Once we receive the return and verify its correct condition, we will fully refund the amount of the product.
