Wheat and Umbra stew

Stir fry ingredients:
  • 0,5 g of saffron.
  • 30 g of sweet paprika.
  • 300 g of fried tomato.
  • 80 g of toasted bread.
  • 200 g of fried almondd.
  • 2 dl of aove.

Stir fry elaboration:
Fry all ingredients and mash.

Stew ingredients:
  • 1 Kg of dry wheat soaked 12 hours.
  • 300 g of onion.
  • ½ Kg of green beans.
  • 1 Kg of eggplant.
  • 1 Kg of pumpkin.
  • 2 garlic head units.
  • 4 L of bird broth.
  • C/S of peppermint and salt.
Stew elaboration:
Put all the ingredients in the express pot for 1 h.
Add the stir-fry, 50 g of Umbra and link to heat.

Put on the plate and squirt Umbra.
