At Deortegas oil mill we produce EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), of superior quality, organic, cold extraction and with very low acidity (between 0.1% and 0.2%), offering a natural juice that stands out for its great richness in perfectly balanced nuances.

We make oils from our own olive trees, from the Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca and Frantoio varieties, as well as a delicate Coupage that combines all five.

An authentic gourmet delight that surprises and elevates the sensitive, enhancing any dish, with fresh, fruitier or greener, more delicate or harder aromas, depending on the variety, being very balanced and elegant.

A bottle of Deortegas EVOO contains the essence of the olive tree, an organic extra virgin olive oil made with care and attention from selected olives, collected according to the degree of ripeness and transported in boxes to our oil mill where the oil is extracted at less than 27º (cold extraction).

The result we obtain is the purest essence, extra organic virgins with intense green or golden tones, depending on the variety, with well-differentiated organoleptic characteristics.
