A delicate wine made from our native Monastrell grapes.

After fermentation this wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

The fusion of oak with the characteristic spicy touch of this variety creates a gentle, sensitive wine of exceptional quality.

On the nose it combines the notes of wood with suggestions of fig-bread, chocolate, vanilla and mocha together with the fresher touches provided by the wild aromatic herbs that surround our organic vineyards. On the palate the highlights of mature tannins produce a well rounded and long wine with a deep aromatic finish.
